Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully repackage the items in their original Victoria Queen packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

Ship It Back

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
